identity for the fribourg-based venture. the logotype is based on a re-interpretation of the fleur de lys (fleur-de-lis), which used to represent the profession of the “marchands” (gallerist/salesmen) in fribourg in the middle age. the coffee shop/gallery supports local arts and crafts and also functions as an infopoint for city dwellers.
