nicolas delaroche documents over 30 private art collections during a residency in china. due to the collector’s request for anonymity, no information about the collections or artworks was allowed in the book. a custom algorithm was developed to sort the photogaphs based on their average color temperature, allowing to split and shuffle the collections and still propose an orderly sequence. the book concludes to an interview with uli sigg.
